No More Drugs PLeeeeez

Goodbye inhaler, I'm ending my addiction slowly, but I'm determined to kick this habit. I've learned from experience that death by asphyxiation seems to be a high possibility when I use allapathic drugs for my Asthma? I believe that there is a dependency created by using these inhalers. My experience is that the more I use controller inhalers, the more I need to depend on them to control my attacks, and the more I use steroids the weaker my immune system becomes and the more I experience chronic bronchitis. I recently experienced several near death experiences from asthma attacks after becoming dependant on albuteral and am developing alternative techniques to reduce my asthma symptoms. I do not advocate stopping the use of effective treatment, but if you are interested in this journey I invite you to stay tuned.
